Although every item sold through Bristow's is guaranteed to be genuine and are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, the timeframe and scope of coverage varies by product and manufacturer.
If you are having issues with an item purchased from Bristow's and believe it falls under a manufacturer warranty, we are here to help facilitate the process. Email us with details about your issue at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include your receipt, pictures, and an explanation of the issue. You have the option, in many cases, to reach out to the manufacturer directly to resolve your issue as well.
