We make it easy to return or exchange your items:
1.Simply repack your new, unused items within 30 day of receipt.2.Include a copy of your receipt with written instruction about which items you are sending back and if they are being returned or exchanged. For exchanged items, indicate which item you would like to exchange for and daytime contact info.
You may also contact customer support by email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or to check stock of items being exchanged.
All items must have tags attached and be in new, unworn condition. Bristow's Online is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

This policy applies to online orders purchased through www.bristowsonline.com only. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new, original, unworn/unused condition and must be accompanied by all original packaging materials with all tags attached. Do not use the manufacturer's product packaging as the shipping container, as packaging may become damaged during shipping. The customer takes responsibility for shipping involved with a return. All returns credited to original form of payment. All returns subject to final approval from our staff. Items may only be exchanged in-store for up to 30 days of receipt. Items must be shipped via major carrier back to location. *Items purchased on 11.27.23 and prior may have different eligibility.
Return Amounts and Credit Cards:
Your return amount will show up as your original purchase price minus any shipping or fees that you might have accrued. Debit/Bank Card users please take note that funding is not always available and the banks may hold or secure funding at their discretion. We have no say and are not responsible for this, please contact your credit card carrier for any questions about their policies.
Products purchased from this website are guaranteed within manufacturers specifications. These specifications vary with each manufacturer; Bristow's does not extend or imply any further warranty or guarantee of the product. Should you need replacement or repair of a product purchased from us, please start by sending an email including pictures, receipt, and a full description of your issue to email@example.com. Any shipping costs related to warranty are at the expense of the customer and may be charged before the product is returned.
In-store Exchange Policy
Any item purchased through this website may be EXCHANGED at any of our retail locations up to 30 days from the date of receipt. There will be no returns or change given on exchanges at retail locations.
