Free Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping* on many orders to the continental United States. All orders that qualify for the free shipping option will be shipped USPS Priority, standard ground, or regional carrier. Any items chosen not to ship standard ground may be shipped at the normal rate. Please contact us with any questions prior to finalizing order at support@bristowsmail.com .

These shipping times are only estimated. Actual shipping times may vary. Residents in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and eastern Nebraska will most likely receive packages via regional carrier unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to use carrier of our choice for free shipping.

Shipping Guidelines:

We currently only ship to all 50 US states and Canada. A physical shipping address is required for MN, ND, SD, WI, IA, IL, NE. (No P.O. boxes please) We DO NOT ship internationally(except Canada). All special shipping rates and promotions are for the continental United States only. Free shipping offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii or Canada; however we do provide reduced rates at checkout. Free shipping and other special offers also do not apply to packages with special shipping requirements. (such as heavy or oversized items) You will be notified via email if we require your calculated shipping charges to be adjusted. All shipping charges are non-refundable. *Canadian Customers* We are not responsible for any fee or tax you may be charged after your items leave, we also will not be responsible for any fee in association with returns or exchanges. Upon Arrival:

All packages are shipped major carrier and are at the discretion of the courier as to leave a package or require a signature. For your protection, please provide a shipping address where an authorized person will be available to sign for your package OR request to use this service VIA email: support@bristowsmail.com or call us to confirm the use of this service. Bristow's Online is not responsible for packages after they leave our location.

Refused or wrong address returns will incur a cost of: Standard Rate+handling that may be duducted from your form of payment.

If any package is refused for any reason, the full shipping expenses become the responsibility of you and will be charged to your form of payment and resent or be deducted from the amount refunded to you at our discretion.

Payment Policy:

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. (Please call for American Express options) PayPal also available at checkout.

Special Items:

Certain items may come directly from a manufacturer or alternate warehouse and may not have the same window of shipping days. These items are still returned to our regular address but may take up to three additional days to ship. In any event of an extended wait time, we will notify you via email or phone to update you on availability or to assist you in altering your order.

Late Deliveries:

The times given for shipping are only estimates and can vary. We will not be responsible for any interruptions of service or delayed delivery for any reason including adverse weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or any other event beyond our control. Our standard cutoff to ship same day is noon central time most days, however orders are processed on a first-come-first-served system and may not always be shipped same day.

Warranty Support:

Products purchased from this website are guaranteed within manufacturers specifications. These specifications vary with each manufacturer, and we do not extend or imply any further warranty or guarantee of the product. Should you need replacement or repair of a product purchased from us, please start by sending an email including pictures, receipt, and a full description of your issue to support@bristowsmail.com . Any shipping costs related to warranty are at the expense of the customer and may be charged before the product is returned.

In-store Exchange Policy

Any item purchased through this website may be EXCHANGED at any of our mall retail locations up to 30 days from date of receipt. There will be no returns or change given on exchanges at retail locations.
