In-store Exchange Policy
Any item purchased through this website may be EXCHANGED at any of our mall retail locations up to 30 days from date of receipt. There will be no returns or change given on exchanges at retail locations.
You will receive confirmation including a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to be processed by the carrier. We will send this confirmation to either your email or mobile phone depending on how you chose to check out.
Bristow's Online may use a variety of carriers depending on availability, however, we mostly use USPS or regional carrier Spee Dee Delivery for Midwest shipping (MN, ND, SD, WI, IA)
Bristow's Online will attempt to ship every order in 24 hours, some orders may take an additional 24 hours during peak times. We attempt to use carriers that have a history of a 3-Day shipping window (example: USPS Priority) but the actual delivery times are solely controlled by the third party shipper once it leaves Bristow's Online.
Oh No! There is nothing worse than a lost package. We are here to help. Our first suggestion is to contact the package carrier on your own, using your tracking information first. It has been our experience that most package delivery errors can be easily resolved by the customer contacting the shipping company.
If you do not want to contact the shipping company yourself, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking and order information, including your daytime contact information and we can contact the shipping company on your behalf. We are be unable to issue any refunds or product replacements until the shipping company confirms a package status.
